Returns and Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  What happens if you change your mind or there is a fault with your shapes?  Not a problem.   You have 14 days to let us know.  Simply use the form below to send us the information we need, indicate the problem and if you require a refund, replacement or if you are cancelling your order.  Our customer service department will contact you with further instructions in a day or 2.  This will include how to return your purchase back to us.

Please note, if you wish to cancel your order as you no longer want your shapes, you will be responsible for all relevant postage costs.
